007, if I were you I'd go with Moser, after all they are made in Indiana, and worth the couple extra bucks IMO.

I agree, I would buy from someone like summit, factory direct is to expensive.
I ordered my front 44 axles from them (Moser) as they are custom length. Not cheap.
 
I have been looking myself... I am going with summit $284 free shipping. Best price I can find on Moser kit.
 
I don't see a QuadraTrac kit at summit...

So to anyone that has done this before. I currently have superior 1 piece axles installed. I am going to install new seals and bearing. Is there any measurments or grinding that I will have to do?

I have used the Moser kit for Superior axles before. But I don't know if all of the Superior axles are the same. There's a diagram on Moser's instructions that shows the dimensions for the shafts where the bearing/seal/etc ride. It's available in their website. I would measure your shafts against that
