Rusted leaf spring perches

I'm putting a new frame under my 76 CJ5 . I just got the rear end out from under the old frame and the leaf spring perches are rusted gone. I'm looking for advise on what to do next. It's a mild build, mostly for street and some light trail riding. Should I just find someone to replace the perches? Or am I better off replacing the whole housing?

Fyi, I've also bought a new skyjacker lift. So it jas new yj leafs.

Best to weld in new plate to attach the perch to.
That area sees a lot or twist and pull under load.
