Would you think my engine is too much on a slant backwards. I’m trying to get as straight as I can towards the rear so I get less angle on the drive shaft . The belly pan has about 1 1/2 spacers on it. Hope the pictures goes thru

Picture isn't visible.
On mine I have about an inch from the firewall to the valve cover.
Tilting it back points the Transfer Case toward the rear diff reducing the rear driveshaft angle. It increases the front Angle a bit. (Leveling the engine will increase your rear drive shaft angle not reduce it.)
Rolling the rear end up helps reduce the angle as well.
I installed a Carden on the Transfer Case end to handle the angle.

Pic worked for me. I would go with the double carden type like mitchelllogic said and you should be fine from the trasfer case side of it.

Take your time and measure angles correctly four or five times if necessary. I am assuming you have a short Transmission and a CJ7 . If this is the case, there is no need for a double cardan shaft. You want to avoid it. If your carb mounting surface on your intake manifold has engine slant compensation, give some regard to it as well. If you have a heavy lift on your rig, then yes, the double cardan might be necessary which also involves realigning axle. Good luck.
