Yeah that throttle set up is wacky. Those clips and filters are pretty easy to find.
 
Actually, I was letting the 4 point harness belts "Relax" stretched over the Lazy Boy before installing on the Timber Cruiser.
That quick release buckle definitely would be sticking in the middle of your spine....
It was the only picture I could find quickly to post.
 
I would replace Both.
Brakes are "High" on my Reliability Chart of Makeover projects.
The one on the Right looks like it got down to "Railroad Brakes"....
Steel on Steel. It is really deformed and is why it would not compress anymore.

Love your chairs. Even a couple for Friends to come over and Kibitz, drink your beer, and do very little helping ....LOL
 
The red ones are the ones that came with the Jeep. Wish they were brown. I don't even know if they are Jeep seats haven't seen that pattern in any of the pics I've see of seats.
