79 CJ5 304V8 4 speed, 95 Wrangler straight 6 AT, 02 Wrangler straight 6 AT, 46 Willys CJ2A Buick V6 3 speed, now I have a 67 CJ5 V6 3 speed with Dana 18 TC.
My 67 CJ5 v6 has a T86AA Transmission and a Dana 18 TC. When I drain both and fill them, I drive it for 10 minutes, come back, open up the Transmission fill plug and the Transmission is half empty while the TC is over full and leaks out of the speedometer cable. I cleaned the vent on top of the TC and opened up the window plate to see if there was any visable obstructions but found nothing. Anyone have any suggestions?

Is the 67' pretty much stock. Have you done any mods recently to its engine and/or tranny mounts? If the transfer is hanging lower than usual. The oil will migrate to it. Is your cross member up tight to the frame, and the trany mount is in good shape?
