Warn Hubs, pay attention to this forum
Threaded studs and ny-lock nuts torqued to 35 ft/lb has kept my Mile Marker hubs in place with no loosening at all, for years.
I have a D/L in the front and run 33" tires.
The issue is the junk zinc metal used by Warn.
MM uses steel.

Look'n at the washers in your last picture-Are you sure you can remove the wheel??
Use AN washers........

:confused: I'm looking at the pic and can see they are inside of the outer lip of the hub so I don't see how they could be a problem.
 
The washers protrude outboard of the hub's base flange. :eek:
The wheel's center section may very well not clear....

I use the Stage 8 kit 8901. Never a problem. BTW, the kit is cheaper at Summit than on amazon
