Trying to take the "safer" route around the puddle, slipped right into it lol. My pop was in the XJ in front of me and took a video of me winching out. If I could figure out how to load it I'd be glad to share. I am now a firm believer in a good winch!

You have a you tube account yet? Or photobucket account? They are both free, and you can upload to them from your PC / Mac.

Then just copy and paste a link here, or "embed" you tube videos. Let me know if you need further help... I'd love to see this

:D:cool:

Installed GENRIGHT Crawler Tank (20gal). Issues/solutions:

1. Extended the new YJ fuel module (from TRex) by 1"; had to drill new holes to secure and use longer EFI hose
2. Replaced new stock no name fuel pump with OE Bosch fuel pump from Advance Auto Parts
3. Had to bend fuel sender float arm in order to clear sump baffle
4. Had to cut off shackle bolt ends both sides (top)
5. Went to Lowes for brass fittings needed to reduce 3/8" supply line on YJ fuel module to 5/16" supply line on my CJ
6. Almost had an issue with the tank's fuel filler (large) neck not clearing the frame rail. When I tightened all bolts, it barely cleared enough to allow the rubber hose to slip down on it.

The tank and skid are flawless pieces. The Bosch pump is silent and powerful. Would I recommend? Yes! Time to do: 6hrs or less if you have everything ready. I had to do this because my "custom" EFI pump in the stock non-EFI tank finally quit; so this was done as a repair, but is indeed a huge upgrade. I hope to not have to mess with it for 100k+ miles!

Striped out brake line fitting on SS lines. now have to find someone who can flare SS lines. YAY

Good field test. Might want to explain to 'Pop' about what orientation to hold that phone when taking a video... :chug:

Got brake line reflared and installed and braked bled. Did some more grinding and painting on grill and one fender. Cleane my disaster of a garage!!!

Sent from my probably outdated electronic device, more than likely tracked by our government.

actually did this wed, but... Installed another MC 2100 as last one was worthless and tuned. runs nice. Installed new cowl seal, but see serious windshield frame work coming when new glass seal comes in. Locked in 4H and rutted up the muddy pasture some. :D

just have to take my word for it Jr. Did it again today, then took the kids to town. My boys loves it and is hunting an XJ for a starter vehicle. The 15 year old girl swears she gonna fall out. I can't wait till the top and doors come off, she'll flip. :D
At least today the top half of the doors came off. :chug:

good luck at the machine shop. I just picked up my 4.0 from being cleaned, then I ported and polished it.

I put my bikini top on today but my head rubs on it and the friction caused the static electricity to short out my coil.
Mounted my side view mirror with the help of jb weld, now I can put my windshield down before the June bugs come out.
I also mounted a license plate light because the cops in this town have an image to uphold and an old Jeep drivin', bandanna wearin', long hair ain't it!
