Might have to talk to you about that.
They (Holley) makes a kit for just that to correct the throttle pull. But the new sniper 2 they redesigned to eliminate the need for it. Also it has a new streamlined wiring harness and tuner set up along with blue tooth so you can use ur phone iPad etc for tuning and data logging

What did you do with all the space you freed up in the dash ?

That's a nice setup

For a quick solution I placed an aluminum plate. I still gotta come up with something for directly below the steering column.

Thanks Manic Mechanic.

Not no more, MM. I am not a purist myself. I like restomods. Post a pic of your 74 Formula. And the G8 both with the hoods open.

The heavily modded Cadillac from Kindig designs touches my heart.

Not in the same picture but Yes. I'm also not a purist I like a clean look and admire the work that goes into a job. Here's the G8 I need to look for the formula 2f0e211519cc9caa4b734b0c9e87b5fd.jpgaae16db9e38ebb3e581d45ed2e462b7b.jpg

LOOK AT THAT. Spec sheet stamp and all. Great collectible. This one does not need modifications.

Someone bring up the orange CJ. Can’t remember where I saw it. Features everything you can think of including a sports manual.

1 of 1111 made in that model and color

on the TJ-7, just re-wired the dash cluster, was having intermittent gauge failure and no illumination, common failure with the 10 pin connectors on the back to the point they had a recall, I just re-wired with new connectors, all seems good at this point. also replaced ground connection to headlight switch and reinserted a loose wire, was also intermittent.

  • Thanks for the Post!
Reactions: CJ
Did some upgrades to the CJ this last summer. The lightweight flywheel and pressure plate had been on my wishlist for a good while.
