for what I accomplished it seems like a lot of work, now that it's done.
I got the new off road and LED marker/turn signal lights wired and secured.:)
I got the crappy Crown parking lights to work with a little creative force in the right places.:)
I tied everything in with "keep it clean wiring" weather tight connectors, a 2 wire for the 55W lights and a 4 wire for the LED turn/park lights. If you are looking for a replacement for a connector and not being stock is not a problem or being water/mud resistant is important to you, I recommend them.:)

hello yall, I used my oba to air all the daily drivers tires and a set of quad tires, I sold today. Then I was board and wanted to go fishing but it was a little windy, so I thought what can I do to the jeep? I took the horns off my 84 chevy parts truck, fixed the contact switch on the horn button. Now the next time I set behind someone at a stop light talking on the phone or just lost in life, I can give them the what for(a hole). Good day:chug:

I replaced the old vintage chevy vandura tail light mod with some 4" round's
as well as replacing ALL of the tail lamp wireing harness.

Installed the new rear u-bolts, diff seal and 4.75 pints of new gear oil into the M-20, messed with priming the fuel system but had no luck. I then removed the fuel filter and by pass line and joked about waiting for the spilled gas to eveporate before trying to start it again... then turned her over.. shut her off and extinguished the blazing distributor and wiring on the pass side of the jeep!:bang:

My buddy grabbed a new fuel pump, installed, kept her idling on ether and she quickly pulled a prime and ran decent. Decided that the carb gaskets were leaking horrible so removed the carb and ordered new gaskets

Re-reouted the brake lines to accommodate the new rear and installed the last line.

Installed the windshield and test fit the family roll bar

Then I got to laugh at my buddy trying to get into his jeep.

I like that light bar. It protects the wires and it looks good too.

I ordered a set of lowmax gears for my Dana 300 . I'm in the flat lands of Texas this week, San Antonio. They should be there when I get back home to the mountains and my Jeep.

Nearly got my new dash installed and the newly repainted roll cage is in but not installed.

Got the last bearing off the front output shaft of my Dana 300 and begin washing the goo and mud off the case. Now at last it feels like I'm really rebuilding it, not jut cleaning it off!

Started tie-rod flip

Pulled tie-rod and drag link, regreased and checked boots:

Drilled both knuckles to 3/4":

Shims should be in tomorrow so I can finish it up.

Removed the factory 8 roll bar and 8 inches of the rear fender

well it wasn't today, but I finally got around to sandblasting the frame on my CJ and getting it primered. Might end up replacing the axles so I didn't remove them yet.

Drained the fuel tank. Was some nastiness in there.

I covered all the openings in the empty Dana 300 Transfer Case in prep for painting, first good WX day. I used 1 inch sections of bamboo for washers so I don't have to run the bolts down all the way. RUSTOLEUM gray undercoat and RUSTOLEUM RED for the case. Panels will be metallic silver. No one will likely see it but me!

Took it for its maiden. Voyage today! Needs a handfull of little things finished to make it completely road worthy
