Damn...thats a great feeling isnt it!! (assuming it went well)

Went very well. Only found one leak and a need to readjust the brakes, but run good.

Looked at it. I have surgery tomorrow so it was a low key day.

what did you lean the jeep on to crack the hard top,(pics), take it off too go tight places. Mine has the sun roof and I hate it, leeks on seat an passengers head.

No leaning on anything, just the way it came to me from the previous owner. Glad I don't have a sun roof up here in the WET AS HELL Pacific Northwest. My rule up here is to NEVER intentionally make a hole in the roof of anything!

I hear that, I think it was a stock option for a sun roof by jeep, someone was getting paid too much, and was dummer than you know watt.

Ran a wire from ignition coil to lockable center console in preparation of anti-theft switch. I plan to mount a switch in my recently-added Smittybilt stereo console that, unless switched "on", will not allow the ignition coil to get power. Planning on splicing in a wiring group and disguising the fact that the switch exists with a little creative positioning.

Yes, I'm paranoid on how easily a CJ can be started without a key...

UPS stopped by again. He brought some 4:1 LowMax gears for my Dana 300 . So, out came the Transfer Case . Should be ready to put it back in the jeep by Friday.

Repacked the front wheel bearings, installed new speedometer cable, and filled the windshield washer bottle.

put the new bumper on, new gasket for the Transmission , fixed the headlights, welded in the new floorpan, and bondo glasses rust spots after I treated the cancer and put ne metal in.

@mtnwhlr - I haven't had her on the road yet, but she didn't jump around going through the ruts and tobacco fields. I'm confident she'll behave much better now.
