What did you do to or with your CJ today?
I looked at it. Too hot here in AZ to work outside for more than 10 min. When it cools off I will post pics and slight build/paint thread. Miss you guys. I am back in school after 3 months of due medical issues. :D

:)California...................78 degrees right now:p:p Have a good day!

New fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel lines. Also found the back cylinder is leaking oil, could be a good time for the 4.0 head.

Maybe leaking from the back of the valve cover? running down. Another good reason for the 4.0 head.:)

I thought it was a dry heat, that is what my mom in Phoenix tells me?

I cleaned the shop today, it was getting hard to find things.

like a place to stand.

I know what you mean, between cj parts and sj parts I have more of a trail through my garage than an open area.

More like put your oven at 110 degrees then stick your head in it heat.

My garage/shop is the same as that.

About 15 years ago I let my shop get to the "path down the middle" condition. While sliding a sheet of plywood in, I was working in the driveway and it was starting to rain, I tripped and fell. I considder myself lucky to have only broken two ribs, it could have been a lot worse.

I put about 5 truckloads of stuff I really didn't need out for the trash, not a bad days work for a guy with two broken ribs, and now consider an overly cluttered shop to be a life threatening situation. Not that it does not get cluttered and dirty, I am just a whole lot more aware of what can happen.

there are more than enough machines in my garage that can damage my body, I don't need to allow it to get any worse.:D

got the Transmission mount finished today, put the exhaust bank on and pulled her out under her own power. now to fix the fuel gauge, blinker, and get a new exhaust twisted up.

Well I was going to have fun to day. I was going to the mountains and 4wheel into a lake and do some fishing. Well key words " was going to" I pulled my jeep up in front of my house to load it up and when I got out and went to open up the back I see gas dripping off the gas tank :censored:. So instead of having fun I had to drop the gas tank that thankfuly didn't have much gas in it and fix a fuel line. Then what really pissed me off was it was a line I had fixed before and it was just a loose clamp. Well all fixed and fishing will have to wait for another day.

Not today but a day or two ago…..(a first for me)
Finally manned up and drove the heap across the entire Rubicon trail …. What did I get done? …. A few dents and scrapes but made it threw under my own power.

Way way harder than I ever dreamed and I never thought I could go over rocks as high as my hood

It's too bad you're so far away. I have a complete 7120 casting head from a 1995 4.0 just sitting around doing nothing.
