Finished spraying Raptor Liner yesterday. Bought a bunch of bolts & misc items, changed Transmission and Transfer Case fluid today.

Results for today
Managed to push the clutch shaft spigot bushing back in its hole .. and started on the reassembly of the Transfer Case .. bearings back on gears in bearing cups in .. I've over sunk one of the cups which is a pain to get back a little but achievable. I'm waiting on shim kit to finalise the rebuild ..

The day of reckoning arrived. We put the seats back in the Jeep, tied up some of the under dash wiring, made sure that no tools remained under the hood, and took the first ride with the newly rebuilt engine. Smooth as silk! We didn't even mind getting caught in a downpour without the doors on!

Swapped out Transmission and motor mounts. Don't know if they have been replaced ever. Only concern I had was that I installed both motor mounts with tabs facing down on both sides. Not what my TSM says but I read some posts where others installed the same way. Some came from the factory that way. Anyone see any problems I may have down the road with this setup?

Wheeled it again today at Windrock Park in TN. Really pleased at how well it did being open/open 3.31s on 33 inch tires.
Hit a tree mid shift to second and the shifter jammed i to 4th and got stuck. But we got the top off of the T-176 and freed it up.
No pics of the trail fix but here is a pic from the lunch stop. These were supposedly blacks today. But probably really high blues.

I used XPO vvivd 3.9mils vinyl. Under $100 to do the entire jeep. All you need is a blow dryer and a bondo squeegee. Stuck it directly to the primed paint.
