I've been running mine just fine for almost 2 years now

I’m closing in on a year. Only thing I have noticed is its highly sensitive throttle.

That's typical of fuel injection to be more throttle sensitive. However on a 68 El Camino I did I had to get an throttle extension lever to correct the pull angle to make it smoother

Doing my post wheeling inspection. I landed hard during my mishap. Other than dirt the only real damage I see is to my Transmission skid plate. No wonder the Transfer Case got knocked out of gear. 2bee57579ee8fff5adb309ad36d68624.webp c486597975cd02b634b0358bda7fc79f.webp d4ad863571ffe9fc32d06637699448ab.webp c3f3e6da613ebed69cb8569a62443127.webp

All cleaned up. Once my new sniper parts arrived (was on the phone with Holley for about an hour we came to the conclusion that it's most likely the idle air control sensor) I'll test drive and see if the problem is fixed. c8458b752dc170930d94e7ef2ccf48d8.webp 91c1d40142b7a47c07d63f46df802b1c.webp 61c4e7608842bac728e7ec66cab9211f.webp 86bcc04d8b467b6d874d0131f75b765e.webp b571451bf325b326bab2e5fc3719aab7.webp 3bab8e17161f7963468e3d4659c33f9b.webp b5ff3e9ac10c918c0e3a5fe3ea1df03c.webp

Finally got around to installing the fold and tumble rear seat and new seat belts so the kids can ride with me e6c23d4fbb6f2a67e32ea0add47e66d3.webp 7dcd9bbf6511fbaa5aeef62b613cc223.webp c5c1296ea88af9ed6c67c88c5dbb2299.webp 70757a0d6201fadd1ee1b37727dc4659.webp

Looks nice. Rear seats are usually the first thing I ditch and sell, but this time I'm going to leave mine in a while since it looks better than the ones I've had in the past, even without the seat cover it's in perfect shape. For me though, no kids or passengers in the back of mine.

Mine are 2.5 and 9 months old the oldest loves going for a ride so I had to ditch the quadrajunk rear seat and ratchet strap for a real seat and belts (went with factory YJ stuff)

The temp was 34°F when I got up this morning, so the hard top went on tonight 👎

I hold out till after Thanksgiving. It was 37 this morning and we have a frost warning tonight. But by Thursday it's going to be 76. It will be up and down like that for several more weeks.

ice on the windshield this morning...I will not bow to the cold, soft top all year
I used to have nothing but a soft top

In reality, the soft top is only on the majority of time in the winter, as soon as it warms up, off it goes with the doors rain or shine, bikini top at most

That's why I switched to a hard top. Got tired of always screwing with it then it might rain etc. And in the winter always cleaning the snow off to keep it from collapsing

We got 18-24 inches of snow 3 times in 2 months here 3 years ago, never had a problem with collapse, and rain, I discovered something about it...it's only water  .
Bikini tops take a minute to install, and I can always park it under a canopy setup in the driveway or use my all weather overlanding cover over it. It's all a matter of what your willing to do to enjoy your Jeep as you would, the minute those thing become bothersome to me, bye bye Jeep, I don't just drive a Jeep to be driving a Jeep, I drive it as it paints a smile on face(:dung: eating grin) every time I get in.

I don't live in Buffalo lol, but here in Lorain(Cleveland area) by the Lake, we get hammered.

Not condemning or disagreeing with you Maniac, to each his own with respect to same!

In Maryland we don't get light fluffy snow we get wet heavy snow that's just sucks it's slushy sticks to everything and weighs a ton. Sometime my 3 stage snow blower can bearly throw it

same here, I have to shove it into the same snow sometimes 2-3 times. Lake effect moisture.

But, we're nothing but Jeep driving family wife and I, if I get to annoyed, We just drive through it company be damned lol
