When was the last time you ck'd the oil levels?
LG
How old is the clutch and throw out bearing?
Lou
Brand new.
What oil are you running in the T-5 ? Is the noise thru-out the rpm range?
Is the noise present all the time, regardless of speed or amount of throttle given? Mine makes a high pitched squeal only under heavy acceleration that drove me nuts until I figured it out. I have the Mopar MPI with a K&N filter and after a ton of searching for what I thought was some kind of vacuum/air leak, it turned out that the K&N filter was the culprit. Once I figured that out, the noise no longer bothers me![]()

The only 'whining' I ever had in my CJ came from the passenger seat.![]()
You could have a bad WP, PS or altenator bearing.
