I've been pondering an auto swap for my '71... Looking at doing a T-350, and keeping my Warn OD. I would love to do do an Overdrive auto, but I thought the additional length would pose rear driveshaft problems with such a short wheel base... But looking at your link CJ, there doesn't appear to be much difference

Advanced Adapters or Novak would be the first place to check to see if a conversion adapter is made
