I found a wix fuel filter with separator pn#33041 that has 3/8 inlet outlet so that’s on order, I’m also thinking about ordering the fiberglass heat shield for the fuel line since I am experiencing heat soak issues with the crappy fuel I’m buying

I’ve tried that before - about a month ago as a matter of fact. It produced a rather interesting evening......... it told me the Sheetz near me had ethanol free fuel, which I didn’t really believe but since I was already nearby I figured what the heck. They didn’t, so I pulled to the edge of the lot and hit the app again. About that time a homeless woman stepped up to the passenger side of the Jeep, and asked for money. Told her I didn’t have any cash, and she leaned in and grabbed at my right arm. At that point I in no uncertain terms explained to her the error of her ways, then just headed to Walmart.
I’m just glad she wasn’t carrying a blade - I had my nose in my phone and she had me.....

Maybe it's that new fuel made with algee. We do have a gas station a couple of miles away that is alcohol free. Get my mower fuel there. About 50-60 cents more a gallon
