I’m not dead yet and a bonus I haven’t sold any Jeeps either……finally, finally, finally getting around to installing TBI, been on my to do list for a decade, have to order a new V8 prom for the computer tomorrow but I have everything else started with the electrical wire harness layout today

I wanted an in tank pump years ago when I decided I wanted fuel injection, time to install it where it belongs

Now your talking. That's the best solution. Mine is in the tank also, not that i have used it yet. Didn't lift my body to install though.

Ill have to keep aneye on this one. Definitely one of the future mods I want to do. Just curious though , what made you decide to lift the body instead of drop the tank?

Many folks have cut an access opening in the floor of the jeep just above the tank opening. I did that to install my electric in-tank pump for fuel injection and it's great. Easy access without dropping or draining the tank or lifting the body off. Just remove a few screws and a rubber insulator I cut from a leftover piece when I remodeled the shower in my bathroom.

Lost 2/3rds of my body mounts in Moab, still need to get clutch linkage fixed, better access to fuel lines, tired of laying on ground

I hate cutting body, but I hate dropping tank more, I have that mod in the back of my head, I will probably do it when the pump goes out lol

Man I love shopping the scratch and dent section, $200 summit intake for $80 as a bonus it has both small block and magnum bolt patterns, tow pig is getting a carb set up and the non tuneable factory TBI is hitting the trash woo hoo
