I'm looking for a useable set of Dauntless Buick 225 V6 V6 exh. manifolds or headers that will fit without the sag. strng convers. any ideas?

Hedman makes a set of headers that go outboard of the frame. They should fit regardless of the type of steering you have. Summit Racing sells them. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/hed-69420/overview/year/1967/make/jeep/model/cj5
We are using them on our 1959 CJ5 build "One Piece at a Time". We are using a 1975 Buick 231 odd fire, but I ordered headers for a 67 Dauntless Buick 225 V6 CJ5, and they fit the engine, (1975), frame, (1960), and body, (1959), like a glove.
