Ok gents I need some help, bought a pair of factory cj steps and not quite sure were they mount? They have a wide lip on top with holes to bolt to, and a pipe suport bracket. But can't find anywhere that looks right to mount? I wonder if there is a bracket missing that I need to fab. to make it work? Thought it would be a strait bolt up? any one else ran into this problem? Here is two pics I found of the steps.

It's been several years since I removed mine, but If memory serves, they bolted up at the same spots where the seat brackets bolt down to the floor...on the underside of course :D

I'm heading out to the garage to take a look right now!

I can probably get you some pics tomorrow of where they mount as long as the floor is still there. Its on a rusted parts Cj. I think atleast the passenger side is mounted up. I'll brush some snow off for a pic tomorrow. I think it uses the seat bracket and then theres another hole.

looks posible, but i need to remove the torched of bolts first to get a better look at the fitment. thanks cjim7

pics would be great thanks!
