Just had my 2 piece axles replaced with G2 1 piece axles because they were slipping. Now it looks like the driver side wheel sticks out about an inch farther than the other side. I never noticed that before. Any opinions?

Does every thing else fit right like the drums? Was the axle removed when it was installed?

Everything else looks right. The axle housing was not removed. And it seems to drive fine. I haven't pulled the wheels to look closer. Just don't think it was off set like that before.

Time to break out the tape measure. Is it still the stock sua set up or have you gone soa with it?

Here's how I'd start to trouble shoot.
1) measure from spring to backing plates.
2) measure the distance between the body and the frame.. There's a lot of room for adjustment when bolting down the tub. Maybe it's a little off to one side
3) do the spring look straight up and down? Try jacking it up by the bumper if possible or finding a place with a 2 post lift that will lift it up to unload the springs and see if it still looks off to one side
4) double check your wheel offset to make sure it the same.. I know its a long shot but will only take a minute to throw a tape measure on it

I doubt that it has any thing to do with the axle shaft install. If it wasn't the right size the bearing retainer plate would not bolt back up and you would have a horrible leak. Keep in mind that it can be multiethnic little things adding up. 1/2" off on the body and a bent spring could easily throw it off by an inch or more. Also make sure when measuring it the tires are straight and you on level ground.

Went out and did some measuring this morning. Spring to backing plate is the same on both sides as well as wheel to spring distance. Going to check out body to frame next. Sitting on level ground left spring does look like it's cocked over a little. Years ago I gave it a Rancho 2 1/2 lift because it had weak springs. Guess I'll get it off the ground, pull the wheels and start looking at that spring too. Thanks lots for the suggestions and keep it on all fours.
