New to me oil

Heard the same things about Rotella wich is what I was currently using. Mr Elwood Blues told me about the oil you mentioned. I believe its made here in Pa. Going to give it a shot next time around as well.

Yea I have been a Rotella guy for years, but now I need to start looking for something else.

Lumpy - Yeah the picture thing bites, I grabbed up the camera for pictures and it flashed a Lens error and quit on me. Now I need a new camera.

I always wonder about the zinc or zdp needs. In the. Google searches I have done, I have found multiple sources requiring zinc, for flat rapper cam engines that are high compression and very high valve spring resistance rates that run at high rpm. I haven't found anything at all that suggest that a low compression, weak spring, low rpm straight six ben odors from zinc at all. I'm open to the idea but would like to see something conclusive. Can anyone provide?

NOW - to be fair, you can find many sites that dispute this, but "most" are from oil companies standing behind their current products. But by and large, the folks that have these engines and those who specialize in them tend to agree that a higher-zinc oil is needed
