Oil Filter Adapter Leak

I never knew there was such a part, but after getting tired of cleaning up oil stains off the garage floor, I decided to dive under my '72 CJ5 and have a look. The "thing" that the oil filter screws into, which I later learned was called an oil filter adapter, (Summit calls it an oil pump cover) was caked in dirt and grease, so I cleaned it all off and noticed the PE had used gasket sealant instead a real gasket for where it mounts up to the engine. I am going to watch it over the next few weeks and see if that area gets wet again to confirm my suspicions, but regardless I'm having a heck of a time finding the gaskets. I've searched all local auto parts stores and online, but I cannot find the oil filter adapter O ring set (photo attached)
The PE put an AMC 360 in it (I think it's a '73 or '74, not sure what it came out of), but I saw an adapter for sale on eBay advertised for a AMC 304 /360. I've attached pics so you're clear what I'm talking about. If anyone has any suggestions as to where I can find these parts I would greatly appreciate it and if anyone has done this job on a CJ I'd appreciate any advice. It looks like a real knuckle buster of a job to get that bolt out.
Thanks in advance!!
