Does anyone have or can someone take a picture of the wire going to their temp sensor on the firewall, inner fender, etc. The 1982 CJ8 I'm working on did not have the dash temp sensor connected and there are no "spare" wires on the harness. Thanks in advance.
Thankyou, I had found that online and located it easily on the guage but having trouble under the hood due to a past "overheated" event where the wires come through the firewall, Lol. I was hoping someone could snap a picture showing where it enters the harness from the sensor going back.
If you have a lot of "junk" on the engine side of the block use the blanks and the shape as reference points. Use a long thin screwdriver to move the wires to make sure you have the right wire coming from the right cavity. As cramped as the wires get it is really easy to think you have the right wire but don't.
