Lol I’m pretty sure he was talking about my garage.....

Speaking of which I’m going to try and work on cleaning some more today

While I was with some folks adding a front locker to someone’s TJ, there were a few too many cooks in the kitchen putting the locker in the carrier, so I went and replaced the contact ring in my steering wheel. Now I have a horn. A wimpy horn for sure, but better than nothing. At some point I will replace it for a more intimidating one.

I was. I don't know how I got mixed up. Maybe I've got old timers disease.

I think they would really go nuts if you could get ahold of an old surplus tank or something on that order

Oh lord are you going drag racing?

Of course not but I will be able to do 70 and not sound like it is ready to explode on me.

That motor is lighter as it is alum block and heads and I have to change out that SR4 with one of the SM465's sitting in the shed.

Now to sell my K1200GT to pay for the rest of the parts

I dug out my fuzzy steering wheel cover and put it on. We finally started getting snow last week and have about six inches on the ground. Not bad since half an hour north of me they have almost two feet of snow in the hills. We have another foot forecast through Sunday.f64ac228846d4989346c298e9cf4420f.webp

Replaced the P/S headlight mount and battery tray. The headlight was out of whack and the adjustment screws were rusted tight and the battery tray was starting to get rusty and i got a good deal on a new tray from Kentrol. I also replaced my squeaky fan/alternator belt.

Ordered Warrior shackles, Rugged Ridge heim joint clutch linkage, Crown speedo cable, and a MORE steering box brace today... winter projects begin....;]

Worried about rear axle spring pin alignment....

Installed the Sniper EFI yesterday and got the temp sensor installed today so that the fans would kick in.

Now to get out and drive it so it can learn and tune itself in.

I know. I went kicking and screaming into the 21st century. But I love it so far. And it has only been one test drive. Can’t wait until it has “learned”. And to get it on the trails.

I think the closest I'm going to get to merging the 20th and 21st century was installing a bluetooth amp and a couple of USB chargers. It is pretty cool to fire up the motor and the music from my phone instantly begins to play...
