Did you ever install a rollbar?
Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Took the Jeep out and rolled it, 4 broken ribs and a lacerated liver, more later.

Sorry to hear that buddy! Hope you get better soon. I had a friend who drove up a super steep hill. When he got near the top, his CJ cartwheeled backwards back down the hill. The roll cage was the only thing that wasn't a twisted hunk of metal. It definitely saved his life.

Holy cow dude so sorry to hear that hope you get better soon

Today I installed the MSD 6AL Digital. With the digital units the timing has to be adjusted and wouldn't ya know it, my timing light is nowhere to be found. Doesn't help that I haven't used it in five years either. I know it's in that garage.

...still so much to do.

Dude that was awesome! Was it just the back wheels locking up?

yes so far back wheels, i am eventually going to put the adjustable brake proportioning valve on the rear brakes to dial them in and make them less lock up happy

but for now she stops really good with very little pedal effort

i loved my 6AL when i had my AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l , it was so powerful that when my dead engine would no longer idle with the stock ignition the 6AL would keep it idling

That's great to hear. I should have another timing light Saturday and then I can get this thing sorted and smoothed out. I'm sure I'll find my old timing light as soon as I'm done with the new one, then I can move to fixing the radiator.

This chain of fixing stuff will end soon, right? Then I can actually drive it??

That chain of fixing stuff just depends on how far you want to go with the sickness I would say :)

Re-mounted my radiator and fit the electric fan. Had to put the fan in front for a 'pusher' as there was just not enough room behind it. It's a 4-row monster. The fan is a Derale High Output Single RAD fan #16214.

Ouch, that hurts just looking at it.
How many times did it roll?
At least your tires survived...................
