I found a good vacuum source tonight. On the nut that connects the vacuum line to the power brake booster, there are two other small nipples. Both of which I had capped off when I did the carb swap. I ran a line with a T in it, one line to the pull-off valve, and one to the PCV. It worked perfect, draws down the pull-off valve and there isn't anymore oil or smoke blowing out of the breather.
