That looks like a shop that knows there old 4x4s

Back in the mid 70's CJs were more popular than today. It wasn't uncommon to see several each time you went somewhere. Then when you passed one the Jeep drivers would always wave or give a "thumbs up" to each other.
Now it's rare to see one in several months.
Everyone still seems to like them but what I can't understand is why far too many Jeep owners abuse them to the point of destruction... then have the nerve to act surprised when they total theirs.
I've always used mine & they have taken me to some incredible places & back, but I've never abused one. Maybe that is why I still have one.

I am sure many got abused, as you say, but my guess is that much more have just rotted away with age. These were not the most rust resistant vehicles made.

I need to make a cover like that...

Me too! I like the way it hugs the windshield and fills the door openings. A lot easier than a full car cover, and easier to travel with too. I wonder if Best Tops would make one for us CJ owners.

Look up raingear. Or go to gr8tops. They sell them. Had one for my Scrambler.
