so my old oil pan had a dent in it that i assumed came from my worn out front drive shaft wobbling around. well i now have a new driveshaft and a new oil pan (attached to a new motor) (long story) well after less than 600 miles on the new motor and only one short small off road trip i now have another dent in my new oil pan in the same spot as the old one. something is obliviously hitting it but im not sure what. before you ask i have brand new polyurethane motor mounts and yes theyre tight. im not sure what is hitting the pan rather its the pinion drive shaft or what but obliviously nothing should be contacting the pan to begin with
