Electrical Problem- Help!

Electrical Problem- Help!
Let me know if you figure it out! I went the other way! (I have no power from fuse box out). Have changed alt, battery, and starter-solenoid and still dead!!
 
My regulator is on fender. Is there a way to test it, and could this cheaper part have been my problem??
