I'm gonna' say "definitely not". That was TWO model changes & windshield changes ago. The windshield in the '71 had top-mounted wipers (vacuum-operated or manual, I think). The windshield in '72 through '75 had bottom-mounted wipers with the motor on the outside, and the upper hinge halves integral to the windshield, which could be removed by tilting it forward & lifting it off. The '76 & up windshield is a different animal with a different profile, still bottom-wiper but motor inside & hinges non-separable. You CAN put a '72-'75 windshield on it provided you migrate '72-'75 hinges along with it, but the '71 windshield isn't compatible with the '72, either. Gets ya one step closer, but not close enough.
