While I'm waiting for my carb to arrive I'm trying to get my ducks in a row to get everything done. I've read that with the nutter bypass I can remove a ton of the vacuum lines and associated switches, but there is so much information that I'm getting lost. The CJ is registered in Texas so there is no emissions. I've read that some people say to leave the EGR, others say to remove it. For now I'll leave it on, and eventually will take it off and plate it. Can anyone verify that the image below is the one I should use?

Also from what I've read when doing it, I can remove most of the wiring associated with the computer. I thought I had seen a post about that, but canst seem to find it.

For starters, I would suggest installing a valve cover breather and removing that pcv breather. These older engines seem to require a lot of venting due to worn out rings and valve seals. the rest looks pretty good but you could install a fuel return from the fuel filter. My $.02

Isn't that pink line the return to the tank?

I'll get a breather for the backside of the value cover through.

The fuel return line comes up from the drivers side and is a 1/4" steel tube. The charcoal cannister is a good thing to have but does have a constant vacumn drain. There is another cannister available that does not provide that constant drain and does not have a filter on the bottom, but requires a bit different vacumn line routing. I don't have the p/n with me at this time though.

Torx if you happen to find that info please let me know.

I don't know. I looked at my jeep and didn't see it.

No I'm fine with it. Time for us both to learn.

No thats not it it's mounted to the side of your intake below the carb.

Only vac I run. Is the line to the distributer like shown and the other is a manifold vac line straight to my egr. That's it. I ditched the charcoal can and without it the roll over valve doesn't work. I use a pcv breather
