oil leaking from vent on dipstick housing on f-134

For the past month I have been noticing oil on the underneath of the hood above there the dip stick is. The engine is an f-134 and there is a spout coming off the dipstick housing up at a 45 degree angle where I think the oil is coming from. Is there supposed to be a line going from it back into the engine? I don't know why this seemed to start all of a sudden. The oil pressure seems fine and the oil level is not dropping much at all.

That is probably caused by excess crankcase pressure due to worn out poston rings. The compression in the cylinders gets past the worn rings and has to escape somewhere. Make sure your valve cover breather cap isn't too restrictive or you could run a temporary hose from the dipstick tube to the breather cap. I once saw where a guy had a container off the breather cap to catch oil blowing out.
