I think he better park it in his garage and wrap it in bubble wrap. :)

Some chicken blood might help too.

A least it wasn't an owl. They make a heck of a noise when they make contact with a CJ grille.

Nothing stellar to report - nothing even interesting. Guess I should just shut up. But I’m not.

I was gonna let the soft top ride the winter out, but - rather than a full blown refurb of the hard top and doors, I’m just gonna give both a good dose of Rustoleum satin black and run em. Next summer I’ll bed line the top and get my hard upper door halves fitted then get rid of the full doors......

No pictures?

Well, at the moment all you’d see is the top on the trailer under a tatp - and the doors are behind the grille. Patience

Back probly 15 years ago, my daughter made me a keychain at school - a beaded lizard

At that time I hung it off the rear view mirror in my Bronco and it lived there till I sold it. Figured since the Jeep is roadworthy now, it was time to put the lizard back in its rightful spot. Only problem is, I don’t have a rear view mirror........ kinda like not having one to open up the view. Not to mention the one I have won’t clear the security box and I haven’t roamed around the pick n save to find one that will clear. So - I improvised.

Dude that’s pretty sweet

Just need two, including the driver side. Think of a box truck. No use for the one on the windshield.

^^Yup - This.

I was going to remove the mirror puck from the windshield..... but there’s a black spot behind it in the lamination....... but it’s still a nice clear view......

I do, sir.

That's why you have the black out behind the mirror.

Kind of like a commissioning pennant that's hoisted up the mast when a Navy ship is placed in commission for service.

I had to after she asked where the lizard went....... she was surprised I still had it
Now if I could keep up with all my Jeep parts as well as the lizard
