I went in and tried to fix yours and screwed it up badly. :D Then I decided I could fix it on mine. After that Cj fixed them both.:laugh::laugh::laugh:

Lol now that's funny

I got a chance to clean up the jeep Dana 30 caliper adapters and I fanned up one adapter bracket for the rear axle using my cardboard template. The mounting holes for the caliper bracket are fairly precise so I cut a bolt in half center drilled it and slotted it so I could thread it into the bracket and center drill my adapter, worked pretty good my holes lined right up

Nice work. I really need more brakes on the Laredo with the 35s. Of course I need an engine first. :D

4 wheel discs are a good thing, you can piece meal back discs for a pretty decent price while you are waiting on the motor. I went with the parking brake on the back of the Transfer Case so I am able to use the whole brake system off the front of my CJ for the rear and its pretty cheap if you dont need a parking brake:chug: If you do need one the GM calipers with the cable parking brake with CJ rotor is the way to go and still cheap :chug:

Looks like fleebay has the correct low range case for sale... And it's mismarked as a later case. Contacted seller to verify, going to put a bid on it :)

Nope the correct low range Nv4500 housing, the one I have is a 97 with the 5.61 gear, the inside of the case is different between the 92-94 and 95-up to accommodate the reverse gear

Dodge Dana 44 front with Detroit true trac and Dodge 9.25 rear with Detroit true trac and 1350 yokes all the way around
About to narrow both axles to 60 inches and add moser axles shafts

Lol ya that was a few years ago, it had the 1 piece axles 3.54 gears and a Detroit lunch box locker in it, I already had the AMC360 and knew I would tear up the AMC20 so when I pulled my Dana 44 from my old 83 Dodge I grabbed the 9.25 with it since it's a huge heavy duty axle I knew I wouldn't tear it up in the CJ

Do you think the 20 will hold up to a AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l , 31 inch tire's and me not really beating on the jeep? I want to do away with the 2 piece shafts..

Oh ya it will be fine, it's a great axle after you put 1 piece axles in it. It wouldn't hurt to weld the tubes to the center housing either, with 31s you should be able to drive it as hard as you want
