Not saying to commit a Environmental Crime, need one only for Visual Inspection?
New, ....They are expensive.
Go to the Junk Yard, ( or your local crackheads car trunk)
get one with the correct in and out pipes, "Rod" the innards out of it, Install somewhere before the muffler, ........
Problem FEEXT. Plus you have to Expansion Resonator in the system.

Are you asking about the exhaust manifold or the heat rise? Are they broken? I cannot tell by the picture.

I guess the heat rise. That rusted up piece of tin with the hole in it

Are you running with the preheat tube connected to a factory air cleaner? If not it is not doing anything and it doesn't hurt to leave it or remove it.
